What ingredients do you use? Are they all natural?
Every Bloomgarten balm is handcrafted with clean, garden-inspired ingredients — including rare flower and green tea waxes, plus plant oils and butters like sunflower, shea, jojoba, and rosemary.
As for color, we only use FDA-approved colorants.
No synthetic fragrance, no parabens, no silicones, no petroleum. Just nature, doing what it does best.

Are your products scented?
Our lip balms carry a soft, natural scent from delicate waxes like rose, jasmine, and green tea—providing a fresh, subtle aroma that’s purely botanical and never synthetic.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Standard order arrive 3–7 days after they ship. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order leaves our studio.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’re happy to help. Reach out to us at hello@bloomgarten.com as soon as possible and we will try to accommodate changes or cancellations as best we can. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations can be honored after an order has been placed.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship to the domestic United States. We hope to expand internationally in the future.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Due to the personal nature of our products, all sales are final and we are unable to offer refunds.
Are your products cruelty-free?
We never test on animals. While our formulas are generally plant-based, some of our products use beeswax—so they’re not entirely vegan.

What if my order is missing or arrives damaged?
